Cancellation Policy
All services are prepaid and non-refundable. When you book an appointment, we reserve a dedicated time in our schedule for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide us with at least [24/48 hours] notice. Failure to provide the required notice, or failure to appear for your scheduled appointment, will result in the forfeiture of your prepaid service and payment. Your appointment will be considered a "no-show," and no refund will be issued.
